how we can boost your wellbeing

Our wellbeing workshops are designed to inspire and support you on your journey of self-discovery and growth. We will focus on topics like stress management, anxiety, mindfulness and creating a meaningful life. These workshops are led by Clearly Wellbeing. 

We aim to provide practical tools and techniques to help you navigate the challenges of a busy and modern life in London, fostering a sense of connection and community. 

Workshops run for approximately 1.5 hours and will be followed by our Sober Sundays. For details on timings and location, see the section below. 

Workshops will be recorded and shared with attendees, along with key takeaways.
